If you have a problem with your parcel, you have to check who is the contact person on the platform. You can find it in your 'Orders to publish'. You can find this information in the Status of your order, 'Orders'> Select the requested campaign> 'Status'.
- If it says "Contact the brand", you have to contact the brand via the messaging system because they manage the logistics of the products for their campaigns. If they don't answer after a week, we invite you to contact us so that we can contact the brand again for you.
- If it says "Contact Hivency Support", it means that we are the ones who manage the logistics, and you can contact us by email to know about the whereabouts of your package. 💌
🔧 If you received a wrong product, or it arrived broken or damaged, take a picture of it and send it to the right contact person. She will get back to you to see with you about returning that product and sending the right product or a new one.
💌 As said before, if the brand doesn't answer you after a few days, you can contact us. Don't forget to attach the picture of the damaged product in the message too.
