To make your publication, you must of course have received the product.
If you haven't received it yet, first check if it has been sent.
📨 If it has been sent, we invite you to check the tracking of your order with the tracking number sent by email (check your spams if you can't find it).
🏤 If it is indicated as "delivered" but you did not receive it, you can ask your post office for more information about the delivery of your order.
If you still can't find your package, you can find the person on the platform to contact in the "Orders to be published" section. You can find this information in the Status of your order, "Orders", then by selecting the desired campaign and clicking on "Status".
- If it says "Contact the brand", you have to contact the brand via the messaging system because it is the brand that manages the logistics of the products for its campaigns. If they don't answer after a week, we invite you to contact us so that we can contact the brand again for you.
- If it says "Contact Hivency Support", it means that we are the ones managing the logistics, and you can contact us by email to find out where your package is. 💌
